Store was exceptionally clean. Was greeted by a lovely friendly young lady who directed me to the proper place I needed to be. Found glasses and Piper who waited on me was professional, happy to help me and I felt great being there. Price was very good, definitely recommend this location to my neighbors. Thank you.

I had a great experience at the Pine Island Visionworks at Cape Coral Commons. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of frames and prices for every budget. This will be my go-to store for my eyeglass needs. Shout out to Mario for fixing my old glasses so I have a spare pair! You made my day!

My 3rd trip back to this store in attempts to get the right lens correct on my glasses. The doctor was rude, the older lady at the front desk was rude. I will not go back to this place. I am in a customer service business, and this is not how you treat people. I would give them a zero rating if there was one.

The male eye doctor was not very friendly. He seemed irritated and annoyed that I dared to ask him any questions. Also rushed me through the test. As for the main lobby employees, the only professional one there is Trisha. The other lady is rude, bordering on hostile, and has zero customer service skills. Overall, I regret having gone to this place. There are many other alternatives in the Cape Coral area. I will DEFINITELY not be going there again.

My wife and i entered Visionworks for the first time at this location in Cape Coral, and was greeted with a welcoming and friendly smile by the front staff. We want to thank, especially Mario, for his help in finding the right glasses for the right price for my wife and i. In our humble opinion, Mario is truly a valuable asset to Visionworks, because of his professionalism, his knowledge of Visionworks products, prices, patience, a people person, bilingual, and his sense of humor, mixed with his professionalism, made us feel like we were part of the Visionworks family. Also, Tabitha was professional, kind, patient, and very helpful in preparing us to be seen by the eye Doctor. Tabitha should be acknowledged for her expertise, and skills. Finally, the eye doctor we saw on this day was amazing, professional, kind, and thorough in examining, and explaining everything to us. She made us feel like a person, not a dollar sign.
