Fantastic practice. Dr Maroun is very professional and has a great sense of humor. This was the best eye check up I have ever had because Dr Maroun explained his findings in such detail. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you

I was visiting Kiawah recently and needed a repair on my sunglasses. The staff was extremely friendly, and the repair was quicker than I expected. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a Client of Dr. Maroun for years and would suggest his office to the Charleston area. He is always very attentive, kind and answers all my questions thoroughly. His office and staff are always a pleasure to interact with. Thank you kindly for your care!
I was visiting from out of town & managed to sit on my glasses & pop a lense. The office manager was wonderful. She had me come in & fixed them for me. Somehow the screws were still in the frames. I can’t see without my bifocals, so therefore, I couldn’t fix them on my own!
Staff was unresponsive, & appeared to not understand the VSP insurance plan. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance & was told I would receive a call to submit an insurance claim & answer billing questions, I did not receive a call. When I discussed with a staff member on the morning of the appointment, I was told a different story from what was stated during initial contact & appointment scheduling with the staff member. I canceled my appointment & left the office. Response to Dr. Mauron, I have not met you, thankfully. Your facts are incorrect.
