Tracy is a GodSend! I called outside of business hours, not only did she answer 5 minutes before they open but she answered beyond cheerful and I appreciated that so much. Coming from a Customer Service background people like Tracy are very hard to find. My Husband and Son have also been to this location and were blown away by the service provided. Tracy went not just the extra mile but more like 10 extra miles to help me. Have to say I highly recommend this location! Thank you for being so kind!

Tracey has been taking care of me in the Brewster location for three years now! She’ll bend over and do cartwheels to help her customers and she’s got a lot of customers! What can I say, if you’re by yourself (me) and you’re disabled (me) Tracey will come out to help you get inside if need be! You just say what you want regarding glasses and exams and leave the rest to Tracey! I hope the boss or boss’s know that Tracey runs the Brewster location likes it’s hers! Not kidding! Thank you RO and thank you Tracey!
I seeked out Raymond Opticians to support a family owned business as oppose to a big chain eyeglass store. Well the lady at this location couldn't be more callous and uninviting. She couldn't even be bothered to get out of her chair, let alone look away from her phone...and I was the only person in the store! Once I told her I was paying privately without insurance she shooed me out the door recommending other companies and not Raymond's. Awful first impression. Now I'll happily go spend $1,000 at a big chain eyeglass store. It's a shame when you want to do business to support the local community but the customer service is just nonexistent.
Tracey is so patient, never gets aggravated... she sincerely wants to make your proscription right! She is so kind and just loves to help in anyway that she can!
Optician that has an eye doctor one day a week! Waited 3 months for an appointment only to be sent away because I was 10 minutes late! I called on my way to tell them I was stuck in traffic twice but they never picked up the phone. I’ve been going there for 13 years and I haveNEVER been treated so badly. I will never go there again.
