Went here March 25th. Right lens wasn't right when I got there to pick them up. Tech said the Dr made a small miscalculation. I went back 2 days ago and they seemed ok,but later noticed that the right lens still was significantly different and I'vehad a headacheeversince. I'm not pleased at all with this visit and if they refuse or don't get it right this time, I'll never come here again. And will make sure my wife, nor anyone else goes here. Pathetic services by the Dr,he should retire if he just uses a revolving door tactic on patients. I'm calling when they open this morning and see what they say. I'll re-post afterwards.
They were absolutely amazing ! My granddaughter broke her frames and had gotten her glasses out of state. Every eye Dr we called said they would not sell us frames and had to take them where we got them., but they were happy to try to help. Unfortunately my daughter had tried to super glue them and they weren't able to get the lenses out with out breaking them l. So they called the lense maker and asked them to put a rush on making her a new pair and let her pick out new frames , and said if at a later date her prescription changed they would change the lenses for free! So many other eye Drs in town are stuck up and rude but they were so nice, so helpful, and I will never go anywhere else. Now my whole family is going to go there!
I came to see if they could repair my daughter's glasses (she broke both fish lines and slightly bent the glasses). Not only did they fix them, they didnt charge me anything, which actually shocked me. Im grateful for their kindness and will definitely make them the vision care provider for my family!
Yesterday was the worst experience here. I brought my 3 year old son with me as I’m his daily caregiver. My son wanted to sit on my lap and the doctor wasn't having it (I get it).my son was slightly upset and I’m trying to talk to him. Then the doctor started commenting on my son’s behavior and even raised his voice telling my son to go sit down. As I’m trying to get my son situated, he tells us to get out, he’s not doing my exam today, he can’t considerate with my son here, and told me that I need a babysitter in order to come back. I left in tears yesterday and will never go back or recommend anyone to go here especially anyone with kids.
