Dr. Lee and Dr. Hsu are the best. They are so kind, thorough and professional with every interaction. Their staff is very good too! The only thing I can say could be improved is the online portal which somehow never works to get the prescription!

I had an excellent experience at Vision Care Crossroads. The office was efficient, welcoming, and well-run from start to finish. Dr. Jessica Liaw was outstanding—thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the exam feel unhurried and comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Liaw to anyone looking for top-tier eye care.
I’m very disappointed with our overall experience at this vision clinic. The only positive part is that the doctor is caring and patient, which we appreciate. However, the staff experience has been very frustrating. They did not come across as caring, empathetic, or solution-oriented. Instead of proactively helping us find a way forward, we felt like the problem was simply pushed back onto us as patients. The most frustrating part is that the OK lenses we received turned out to be wrong. After going through multiple rounds of difficult training and struggling at home, we were later told that the lenses were not correct. We had already waited almost two months from the initial checkup to finally start wearing the lenses, and even now, the issue is still not resolved. For a child’s vision care, families need clear communication, timely support, and a team that is willing to help problem-solve. Unfortunately, our experience has involved endless waiting, unnecessary stress, and a lack of empathy from the staff.
Exceptional care, service and expertise. My 12 year-old daughter has more severe myopia so we were referred from our Seattle eye doctor to Dr. Lee for specialty Ortho-K lenses. My daughter also suffered a corneal bacterial infection from fresh water swimming and Dr. Lee jumped on it and helped get us care on the weekend so there were no long term issues. She cares so much and is a kind person also. She has a baby and told me she would be willing to come in on a weekend when my daughter had her eye infection if I could not get in elsewhere. They go above and beyond. Worth the drive for us. Also highly recommend ortho-K lenses!
I competed my eye exam with Dr. Liaw. It was the best eye exam experience I’ve ever had. Every staff I interact with was very professional, gentle and informative. There was no wait time from the moment I entered the door to complete my exam. I was able to get the comprehensive eye exam done within 30 mins. Amazing team!
