Vision Care Grayslake

It was a great experience. The technician was helpful and conversational through the initial screening and evaluation process. The Dr was thorough and helpful. I felt he listened to my questions and concerns and took them into consideration as we discussed my eye care. Carl was very professional and efficient in getting me set up with a new pair of glasses, and I took them up on the offer for the Buy 1 Get a Second frames at 50% discount they offered. The staff at the desk even helped me as I waffled between Styles and colors of frames. We will be back!

This has been the most thorough eye exam I’ve had, and I’ve had many of them! The eye doctor who did the assessment (younger) knew what he was doing. Usually when I get an eye exam, they ask which slide is more blurry and sometimes they are both the same. This doctor offered the choice, ‘or the same,’ which made it feel like I was getting the best prescription for my eyes. We will see when they come in! But I’m pretty confident that they will be the best so far. All of the other staff are awesome too.. one of the girls took time to help me pick out a pair that looked good. 😊

I’ve been going here since I was 5 with my family! The staff is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming to conversation! They love what they do, and every time I have to go in I’m greeted with smiles and eagerness to know how I’m doing. Very grateful for Carl and Dr. Neilson and their team for all they do!! Katie was so nice. I called at 2:45pm with an urgent need for my husband who had a serious issue with his eye. She got us in right away and they were all amazing there . Very nice people. Dr Ticknor was also amazing, we loved him. Thank you to Vision care !

Our family has gone to Vision Care Grayslake for many years now. The staff is fantastic, the eye doctors and technicians are all very thorough. Also, the selection of eyewear and I wear makes it always easy to find the next pair of glasses. Highly recommended!
