From the moment we walked in, We felt so welcomed. Kay led us a through a swift and smooth in take (our first time in). The shop is super clean and the staff wipe after every use. Justine helped us pick out frames and was so helpful—even went out of her way to get us the best deal! Dr. Kim was fantastic—very informative and made us both feel very comfortable. Definitely our new spot!
Honestly, the doctor and the staff are very professional and overall amazing! Maria was able to turn a not so good experience into possibly one of the best experiences I’ve had! She was able to work with me and resolve the issues I had. I am looking forward to my next appointment! Would definitely recommend.
What a great find! They have state of the art equipment that makes tests I usually dislike, quick and comfortable. Dr. Kim is super thorough and provided me with a ton of great advice. It's nice to find a health care professional that takes the time to cover all the bases without rushing me out the door. They even tuned up my old frames for free and they feel like new again :-)
My wife had a frustrating experience here when getting new glasses. We were told we’d receive a call within 10 business days once her glasses were ready, but we ended up waiting over three weeks with no update. No one ever contacted us, and we had to follow up ourselves. On top of that, the doctor mentioned that something in her eye should be monitored but didn’t include any written notes or further explanation, which left us confused and concerned. The overall lack of communication and follow-through was really disappointing.
Great place to get your annual eye exam and glasses/contacts. They genuinely care about their customers/patients and advise them accordingly. They were able to diagnose me early and recommend me to the correct providers for care. Can’t thank them enough! Dr.Kim and Nikki are both amazing at what they do!
