I'm so glad Vision Concept moved close to FM1960 and Eldridge area. I decided to try them out because I was tired of my old ophthalmologist, who always seemed overbooked with a new staff. The office and equipment was outdated. The worst is I had to wait at least 1.5 hour for my appointments every time, and they often made excuses, being rude claiming it was an emergency when it really wasn't. They were just overbooked, treating patients like cattle and rushing through the appointments. Then the worst part is charged me extra for a copy of my eye exam prescription.
Dr. Doan’s office was refreshing—clean, modern, and equipped with the latest eye care technology. I was pleasantly surprised by how minimal the wait time was; it took just five minutes to complete the registration form, as they already had my insurance information from my initial call. I took the additional retina test for prevention using their new technology, and within five minutes, I was able to see my results on the screen. Dr. Doan and the staff were caring and straightforward, clearly explaining everything so I could make the best decisions regarding my eye care. Dr. Doan is now my new optometrist.
