The only thing that’s keeping me from rating Vision Expo 5 stars is the wait time. I’ve been multiple times and it’s the same thing each time. I had an appointment. It took a while to be called back. Once I was called back they did an initial observation then I was sent to another waiting area that was completely full. I had to stand until that area cleared out some. Once Dr. Onyeador starts to see me I felt extremely comfortable. I &felt like she took the time to make sure whatever I needed was addressed. I didn’t feel like she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. She was very calm and confident. She explained everything. I didn’t have to ask many questions and left feeling fully informed. I will definitely request her next year in hopes that she has not moved on. I wasn’t too thrilled about the wait time but the rest of the experience made it not so bad.

Words honestly can’t describe how unpleasant this whole experience was. My daughter comes here by her own choice, and because of that I decided to give this place another shot after years of not coming myself. Ironically, at first everything seemed fine. Then I received a text saying my glasses were ready, so I drove almost 2 hours to the location… only to be told “sorry” with no real explanation or resolution. I tried reaching management through their generic email hoping someone would care enough to make things right. Nothing. No response. At that point I finally said forget it, just give me a refund. A week later I get a call saying they can process it… but only if I drive back up there again. Another 2 hours. That’s now roughly 4 hours of driving because of their mistake and lack of communication. What made it worse was the attitude on the phone. No apology. No understanding. Just a snappy tone that basically felt like “next time we won’t help you.” Mistakes happen. I understand that. But how you treat people afterward matters. And this entire situation was unnecessarily frustrating, exhausting, and honestly unpleasant.

I am a long time patient, but this was the longest time I have ever had to wait. My appointment was for 10:00 and I was not seen until after 12:00. I would have been more acceptable of this if the staff had come by with an explanation of the wait. With that being said, Dr. Nguyen was professional and kind but I still felt a little rushed. I will, give them another chance next year and we’ll see

Over the past two decades, I have consistently sought the expertise of Dr. Twamley and his dedicated staff. Their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional services is evident in every interaction. I am particularly grateful for their meticulous attention to detail, which enables them to thoroughly comprehend any changes and ensure seamless coordination between my benefits and the services they offer. Their unwavering dedication has solidified my position as a lifelong customer. I extend my sincere appreciation for their invaluable contributions.

My wife and I have been seeing (no pun intended), Dr. Twamley for at least 20 years. He has a great staff. He is professional, thorough and very personable. We usually spend a few minutes just talking about what’s been happening in our lives since the last visit. We can’t see ourselves going anywhere else. Thank you Twams for being a wonderful practitioner.
