Highly recommended. I got my eye exam with kids in tow after I lost my eyeglasses. The staff helped distract my kiddos while I looked through their selection. Despite that I still tried to choose quickly. In the car on the way home I second guessed myself but they were closed by the time I thought to call. I called early the next day in time for my selection to be canceled. When I showed up in person again, Jessica then spent more time in helping me make the right choice and she made sure the details were correct when re-processing through insurance. I can’t wait to pick them up!

The entire team was great to work with. I questioned the contacts prescription because it was such a change from what I expected or experienced in the past. Turns out, doctor Sirott nailed the exact issue I was having and it's the best I've seen in a few years!

Super nice people here. I recently bought two pairs of glasses from here and the lady helping me got a pen and paper out to see how I could best apply my insurance benefit to get the best price. The front desk lady, Bri, was also super helpful in helping me find the right set of contacts when I was having issues with getting a set that didn't irritate my eyes.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and asked if they see children and pat was very rude about it making me feel dumb for even asking. Then when she asked for insurance I told her state and she said “we don’t take new clients with THAT insurance” feeling belittled. Was not happy or kind to me. Extremely thorough and helpful team! Dr. Sirrott took his time to give me a thorough exam and walked me through all my options until I was comfortable. I wasn’t pushed to purchase frames or contacts like other offices do. I did have to wait 20 or so minutes after my appointment time to be seen but it’s a small office and they were thorough and spent their time with their patients so I don’t mind the wait for quality care.
