Dr. Kruh and Dr. Lin are the most professional, wonderful doctors I’ve ever had. Bedside manner, kindness, diligence were on point..offices are clean, staff is amazing and you feel taken care of. I was 100% confident in their skills and process’ for the surgery and recovery, everything was explained clearly multiple times and my recovery has been stellar. What an amazing practice. Cataract surgery on one eye performed by Dr. Kruh was fast, painless, and problem-free. Staff were kind and accommodating. My right eye can see again! Will surely return when the other eye is ready for same. Kudos all around.

I’m very happy with my experience of Vision NYC. My exam is very thorough & Dr. Kruh takes the time to both explain my condition and answer any questions that I have. The staff are friendly as well. I highly recommend this practice.

This is an updated review after the office manager helped me rectify a communication issue I experienced with the clinic due to low staff availability to answer my calls over the weekend about a contact lens order. She explained my insurance benefits and payment questions very clearly and efficiently, and helped me with my order right away. Thank you!

I lost my glasses and was trying to get another pair but found out the prescription was only gd for a year(the prescription was done 1 year n 6 months ago) I had to call the office at Eyevision 3 times for a renewal prescription to be sent to my email (which is supposedly gd for 2 years) and was finally told by receptionist that dr Sydney Lin needed me to come in for new test. Utterly unprofessional and sounds like a money grab. Will not go back .
