Very rude. All of sudden you can't be on the phone. Wasn't having a rude conversation. Wasn't loud. The rude lady upfront said it's a rule. I asked her where the sign then she stated she requested. No requested isn't a rule. That you asking someone. I have the right to say no. Since they changed owners it's been down hill. I set up my appointment last week no one told me they moved. I drove to building then was told you at the wrong location. You think they would let people. Do not go there. Very unprofessional and take like 3 weeks to get glasses and they won't notify you

Myself and my daughter had an appointment at Vision One with Dr. Davis today 9/1/22. Neither of us received our prescriptions after the visit because while waiting to get fitted for contacts that we could not see out of (either of us) the doctor said she had other patients to see and left us waiting. We were both very frustrated not being able to see and not knowing what changes to our prescriptions were being made. After waiting and have been there almost 2 hours we complained and said we were unhappy, the gentleman working there in return said we were “High Maintenance Bi**hes.” At that point I told them that we would not be using them and would like to go somewhere else. The gentleman also stated we would be charged $400 for the contact fitting which should be included in my policy, but after the service received or lack of I should not pay anything nor should my insurance.Ihelp with our vision. I have never been anywhere that I have received such horrible service and called names while just waiting for the service I went there for. I would also hope that this doctor is removed from the eye med plan after being treated the way myself and my daughter were tre
I’m not sure what’s changed in the past year, but it’s very concerning. Last year I was welcomed kindly, the receptionist patiently answered all of my questions and was the most helpful. When I called this week, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude, and said they couldn’t find me in the new system and rushed me off the phone. The cannot see me for a month and I can’t wait that long. She sighed and gave me an attitude after me telling her what kind of insurance I have and I was very kind to her the whole time. I’ve experienced bad customer service before, and this was top of the list. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please consider training your staff on professionalism.
I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Davis, her and the staff were very welcoming and hospitality was A++. Their #1 priority was outstanding customer service and providing for all of my needs. I was even able to get a same day appointment. Very professional, clean and affordable. I will be recommending to my family and friends. Thank you all so much! I DO RECOMMEND!
I feel it necessary that I make you aware of the poor service and disrespect that our family received at VISION ONE while purchasing eyewear for our son. We rarely complain, however, because the staff was so rude during our initial visit as well as when we returned to pick up his glasses, I have no choice but to express our humiliating experience to hopefully prevent others from having to endure the same. During our initial visit, after our son made his eyeglass selection, the assistant told us the amount, took the credit card, gave me the receipt and told me the glasses would be ready in a week. I then inquired about the measurements that are required to obtain a proper fit. Something that she clearly was not going to do. On our return visit, I informed the receptionist that we were there to pick up our son's glasses. I provided his name and the receptionist got up and handed our son his glasses while we stood at the reception desk. He was not asked to have a seat to try them on nor offered an opportunity to look in a mirror at the fit. When we inquired about a case, we were informed the case would cost $5.00. Needless to say, we left without a case. We should've asked for a refund and left the glasses there as well. Basically, they our son's $300 but he received 3 cent service. We will NEVER do business with them again and felt it necessary that I make others aware of this humiliating experience so that you will refrain from pursuing eye services from them. Spread the word as this type of treatment is not acceptable! I am talking about: Vision One 955 Pierremont Road Shreveport, LA
