Great experience! Dr. Fisher was thorough and very knowledgeable. The rest of the team that we worked with for getting glasses were outstanding also! We just moved here from Nebraska and "Minnesota Nice" is a real thing here for customer service! We felt that the exam and glasses were very affordable.
I have been going to Vision Pro most of my 40 years of glasses except a few years when they didn’t take my insurance. Dr. Fisher has been my Dr for many years. Always a pleasure to see her! Her staff has always been friendly and helpful and if they don’t know the answer they will find it for you.
Eye doctor wasn't very pleasant. I also need to get a second opinion on my eye glasses because my prescription somehow is WILDLY different despite experiencing no changes in my real life... just very unpleasant experience. Also found out last minute they wouldn't take my insurance, Nevermind I had given them the info long in advance.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful! Their selection of glasses was decent. I was able to find what I was looking for. The service was great!
Dr. Fischer is excellent, she is on time with appts. She is thorough, listens to your questions, explains in detail & provides options/recommendations. I have seen her multiple years now and will definitely continue to. The staff has also been very friendly & helpful!
