Had a amazing visit! Great couple provided the best eye exam in my life. I'm 50 and have been wearing glasses as long as I can remember. He and his wife were just a pleasure to be around. I didn't want the exam to be over. He'll be seeing me again for my next exam. Thank you for the great experience!
been seeing Dr. Geronimo for years and have never had an issue with the doctor or the care I’ve received. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the front desk have been extremely disappointing. I’ve called several times trying to schedule an appointment, and on multiple occasions, someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. When I finally got someone to answer, there was no professional greeting, no clinic name—just “hello.” I explained that I needed to schedule an appointment and provided my insurance information. I was abruptly told, “Well, you’re going to have to pay out of pocket and have them reimburse you.” Since this was completely new information to me, I politely asked her to explain how that worked. Instead of explaining, she responded with an attitude. I finally asked her, respectfully, to please speak to me with less attitude. Rather than addressing my question or trying to help, she abruptly ended the call. After being a patient of Dr. Geronimo’s for years, this is incredibly disappointing. My issue is not with Dr. Geronimo or the medical care I’ve received—it is with the way I was treated by the front desk. Patients should be able to call their doctor’s office, ask questions about appointments and insurance, and receive basic professionalism and courtesy without being spoken to disrespectfully or having the phone hung up on them. I sincerely hope management addresses this because front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, and this experience does not reflect the level of care I’ve received from Dr. Geronimo over the years.
Wonderful experience! I’ve been coming here for about 4 years! Doctor is so kind and makes my visits very fun! Definitely recommend!
This guy was so nice and personable. I got my eye exam with him last year and im going back again this year with my kids!! He cracked me up and im excited to take my kids now. Im sure they'll love him
I have been using Dr. Jerry for 3 years now. This office is always very positive and an enjoyment. Only place I let examine my eyes.
