Thr doctor and his staff are always very helpful. Dr. Gerdts takes time to explaing what is going on and what treatment he is thinking about. His assistant is very familiar with how insurances works and whay they maynor may not approve and they try to find a work around or alternative.
Dr. Gerdts is always efficient, calm, kind and explains everything that’s going on with my eyes in a way that I understand. Abigail was amazing! She was patient and helpful when picking out lenses and frames. I appreciated the time she gave and her advice that came with explanations. Great experience!
Their location is somewhat hidden, but half of my family has had our exams with Dr. Michael Gertz for vision. He takes the time to explain and give a thorough explanation of eye health within the duration of the appointment. Highly recommend!
