I feel it is so rare in today’s age to find a medical provider with good office staff AND a good doctor and this team has both!! Lexi at the front reception is so helpful and friendly and the doctor was as well. My exam was very efficient and enjoyable. I will absolutely be coming back to this business next time my family or I need vision care!!
Dr. Lam and his office is great! I always love going there for my eye exams, contact fittings and purchasing frames. I’ve been going to Dr Lam for the past 10 years - he has great bedside manner and takes his time with his patients. The staff here is also fantastic - I really had a great help from their optician - they really feel passionate about their work and really want to help you find your best fit frames or contact lenses. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Lam was wonderful with both of my kids' eye exams. The staff was efficient and helpful. We were able to get everything we needed incuding exam, glasses, contacts in a timely fashion. Communication and follow up was excellent. Great selection of eye glasses and sunglasses for us to pick from.
The front desk gals were great and even helped pick out a pair of sunglasses that fit best on me. Taylor was really fantastic running me through all the eye tests. & My annual eye exam was quick and efficient by the doctor. Looking forward to seeing them again next time.
