Vision Today

I’ve always enjoyed Dr. Laurie and the Vision Today staff, the reason I’ve gone back year over year. Today was different, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve been getting my prescription sunglasses for years and always Oakleys and always received a hard protective case like anyone would expect. Two of the associates were trying to get me one, but one of the associates decided to step in and say all I get with a $500 pair of sunglasses is a cloth cover. Here is a picture of my last 3 pairs and the one on the right is what she claimed is all I get. Would’ve cost them nothing to do the right thing and help me protect my investment.

They answer the phone ready to help. Friendly and professional. They were able to schedule our family for exams that same week. They were ready for us before we walked into the door by having the insurance forms filled out. Their lobby is clean, organized and welcoming. Again the staff and doctors were friendly, professional and on time. They were upfront & forthcoming with the exam and pricing, but didn't try to upsell us. Vision Today is our new 'Go To' place for our contact lenses and glasses.

Great visit, was in right on time, Doc was happy to answer all my questions. Selection was good, and they were more than happy to provide a printed rx with measurements to look elsewhere for back up cheap glasses! Will continue to come back, as will my husband and kids!

Dr Laurie is a great eye doctor. I’ve been going to him since 2006. I have severe astigmatism and needed glasses from when I was a child, and he hands down gets the lens Rx right Every. Single. Time. He also has a lot of availability and I can usually get in within a week of needing an appt. My husband, parents, and kids go to him too. Highly recommend!

I want to give props to the staff. I've been coming here for years now and have interacted with many staff members. They've always been polite, prompt and especially helpful in emergencies. On the medical side of things i always feel well taken care of. Excellent service all around with attributes of competitive costs and convenient scheduling.
