I came here a couple of weeks ago and still the experience has unsettled my spirit. I came for an eye exam and even got there 10 minutes early. But it took almost an hour for them to see me. And by the end of my visit i was there for almost 2 hours! Natalie at the front was nice but the other helper at the front was very standoffish and bit rude. Instead of telling me my insurance wouldn't cover the exam and call me back about it they waited till I got there before telling me. The doctor was nice but even still after he looked at my eyes I had to wait another 30+ minutes before someone came to check on me to get me back to the front to look at glasses. Mind you I saw a lady earlier pay $1000 for just two pairs. So I didn't leave with glasses because they were $600 for just one pair! Before I left the doctor said I should make a follow up about my eye health with no explanation as to why. He even said my prescription should be less strong but obviously didnt explain why. This place is a scam. If you want long wait times even with an appointment, a slightly rude staff, crazy expensive glasses, and a doctor that doesn't really explain what's going on. Don't come here.

I got the same prices with insurance (copayment) than in Elio's optica without insurance. It probably means that it is a very expensive place. The Doctor is very charismatic and knowlegable.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! These people are NEVER at the store when they are supposed to. You can see the employee walking in thirty mins late not caring about a thing in the world... They forget to place orders for prescription or to do follow ups. Not sure how they stay in business treating customers like that. I'm taking my prescription and money somewhere else.

This is the second attempt to have a visit with optometrist and to obtain a new pair of glasses for my son. First attempt failed, doctor was very behind so we would have to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen, and we had a tennis practice so I was not going to stay. Second attempt was on Saturday morning. Arrived on time, few minutes prior to appointment to be checked in. We were the 1 st appointment for the day, so I assumed no patients prior to us, we will be on time. I allocated 1 hour for this visit, which is more than enough to have optometrist and to select a pair of glasses. The Doctor never showed up, so after waiting for 25 minutes we left. Staff is extremely unpleasant and rude. Not professional, laughing and talking on the phone, if you have a question it will be answered with attitude and minimal explanation. Do not waste your valuable time like we did. Booking the appointment, driving and parking. Complete waste of my time, money. There are plenty of more professional businesses around with professionals who received proper training. It’s absolutely unacceptable to have a doctor not even showing up.
