From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff with warm smiles. I was a little nervous since I had never worn glasses before and wasn’t sure which frames would suit my face, but Prisila went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. I truly appreciate her effort, along with the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff.
5.4 update went to get replacement glasses. He doesn't work there anymore and they didn't know what I was talking about 4.9 update: Ismail left me a message and offered to make the situation right I appreciate it that my situation matters. He rolled out the red carpet.. with that kind of customer service I have to stick with this place

Dr. Tester, Stephen was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time during the exam and allowed me to truly compare different lenses to see which worked best for my vision, rather than rushing the process. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive he was. Highly recommend
At first everyone is so professional. That 2years ago . But today I have an appointment for 4pm but the lady said it’s 1:30pm . Yesterday I walk in for check up 3:30 pm they said they schedule is full . Today they schedule me 4pm but still is full they last scheduled is 4pm . I wonder why they changed my appointment without informing me or text me . It’s a waste of time to come . . I come to this branch because is so convenient closer to my place . It’s too disappointing to come when my schedule is changed.
