I have been getting my glasses at Visions for years. The employees have ways been very helpful. Today was no exception. Pazane (phonetic spelling) greeted me, helped pick out possible frames, and let me take my time trying on the possibilities. She made the entire process easy and informative (regarding the weight of prisims). Great experience!
I received very good optometry care at Visions. The doctor and staff are attentive, and kind. They explained each test procedure. Overall good experience. Mathew helped select just the right frames and lenses. They even will create customized lenses for a pair of existing Oakley sunglasses.
Matthew is a fabulous optician!! He was so welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. He was very polite and professional, but also quite funny and an absolute pleasure to chat with. Thank you for the great service and entertainment!
Doc Phung and Matthew were great. Annual eye exam took about 1 hr total including picking up my new glasses. Happy with the selection and the experience.
