Had the best experience at vision works! Dr. Tina was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her exam was so thorough and she was patient and provided me all the necessary info with all kindness! The office team is awesome as well Chris and Mike did a great job! I was able to order the contacts that I needed and I am so happy with the service! ❤️ Highly recommend

My son needed transition lenses, but I later found out they did not actually have them available, even though the employee who initially helped me told me they did. This is not the first time I have used my insurance, and I know exactly how my insurance benefits work. I tried to find someone who could help resolve the situation, but I was unable to find anyone willing or able to assist me. What was most upsetting was that, as I was leaving, the employee who was assisting me, along with another employee, started laughing at me while I was trying to put my son’s glasses on him. I felt humiliated, discriminated against, and embarrassed by the entire situation. I approached her and said, “If that makes you happy,” referring to her behavior. Her conduct was completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and it made me feel disrespected as a customer. I hope this incident is thoroughly investigated and that the appropriate measures are taken to ensure that no other customer has to experience the same treatment.

Everyone at the office is so kind and helpful starting with the people who check you in, to the very sweet girl who did my initial exams and then the doctor who is always so explanatory even to my family, the ladies(robin helped me) that help you select your glasses really give you their time and attention to help you select the best glasses for you. This place makes a stressful task of an eye exam feel like a walk in the park. Got recommended here from my dad and now bringing the rest of my family in!

The staff was very willing to help me being a first time patient. Michael did the pretesting and explained everything very carefully and cleaned everything very carefully. The doctor was great. She explained everything concerning my eye condition.
