After not going in for an eye exam for quite some time, I felt very looked after. Letty, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and answered any questions I had in regard to cost and my visit. Dr Wendy was also attentive to me and thorough with my eye exam, as well as answering any questions about my eye health I had. Will definitely be going back and recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality experience.

I paid for an eye exam and received almost nothing in return. The optometrist was checked out, rushed through the appointment, and explained absolutely nothing about my eye health or results. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was blindsided at check-in by an additional $30 retinal imaging fee that was never disclosed when I booked. When I calmly declined and asked questions, the staff member became aggressive and threatened to cancel my appointment. As the PATIENT, I have every right to ask questions and decline a service I was never told about. The optical staff purchasing glasses were the only pleasant part of this experience, but that is not enough to bring me back. I will not be returning. Save your money and your time , go somewhere that actually values its patients.

One of the best places I’ve ever been, Letty was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made the experience very easy and comfortable. Very professional and patient in all aspects. I definitely recommend this place will definitely come back.

Taimely was so great here! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt happy with the service. The two front desk ladies were super kind and friendly and the doctor was very attentive, kind and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here, very great place!!

When I went to pick up my glasses, the lady who attended me, worse customer service skill ever. Even 3 days later I called to claim my previous lens, that they told me that I should het them back, based that I was using same frame, the lady who answered the phone, same negative attitude. She should be disqualified. UNPROFESSIONAL.
