The representative and the doctor were well informed. The doctor took his time explaining all procedures. The representative assisted me in picking up two pairs of glasses in addition I was able to have one of my old glasses redo due to scratches. Thanks for your service.

I had a great experience at Visionworks from start to finish. The front desk staff was amazing—extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions and clarifications. The doctor was professional, efficient, and took the time to answer all my concerns. They have a really well-organized system here, and I’d definitely recommend checking them out!

Dr. Rougemont has been my optometrist for almost four years now. He is professional, attentive and thorough. He doesn't mind answering questions and is mindful of my total eye health.

Wonderful customer service. I’ve gotten my glasses and contacts from here. But today I needed help with my daughter’s glasses. The legs had come off. Adonay was very nice and helped put the glasses back together. Thank you so much.
