Everyone was amazing! I've never really needed a prescription for glasses until now. I've been using readers for a couple of years now but I knew my vision was needing a bit more than readers. From the exam to picking my frames, the process was made easy for me. The staff also helped with making some easy decisions on small details for my prescription. Thank you for all your help!

Great customer service at Visionworks Flagstaff Mall! I was able to get into an appointment quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful during my whole experience. I won't use any other eye doctor. 100% recommend!

I've been a customer of Visionworks for years. All the staff are so helpdul, knowledgeable and kind and Visionworks has a big variety of glasses to choose from and at better prices. They always verify insurance and they offer good discounts.

Great Experience overall. The Optometrist are very knowledgeable and give great recommendations pertaining to my needs. They make sure you feel comfortable with your decisions before moving forward. I will continue to come to this location because of the care I was given and because the staff are all so helpful.

It's easy to set up appointments online, everyone is friendly and helpful. The doctor was great and she took the time to make sure my eyes were healthy. Excellent place for eye exams.
