Everyone was amazing! I've never really needed a prescription for glasses until now. I've been using readers for a couple of years now but I knew my vision was needing a bit more than readers. From the exam to picking my frames, the process was made easy for me. The staff also helped with making some easy decisions on small details for my prescription. Thank you for all your help!
Great customer service at Visionworks Flagstaff Mall! I was able to get into an appointment quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful during my whole experience. I won't use any other eye doctor. 100% recommend!
The policy that visionworks has on being satisfied with your purchase is a large part of why I get my glasses there. I had an issue with my glasses and had to return to get my lenses changed. They did it without any hesitation or problem. Steve was very knowledgeable on addressing my issues with the previous lens and helped me pick out the lenses that I would be able to see with.
