1 salesperson. Couldn't handle 4 people in the store. First off she didn't understand my insurance and how it works. I have Davis Vision didn't know what I got with the plan. Gave her the breakdown from my insurance company and still didn't get it. Suppose to get a free pair of safety glasses and my regular pair of glasses the frames should have been free. Not the case. She didn't give me the bill and just the receipt which doesn't make sense. I pick them up next Wednesday. Needed them both as soon as possible. So I paid it. I will get it when I go in and send it off to my insurance company. Something isn't right. Can back today to pick up my glasses. Told her there a little blurry. It's my eyes because I'm tired. Don't like that place.

Awesome place! The doctor was thorough with the eye exam and asked all the questions to get it right. And if you're lucky and get to sit down with Samantha she's the best. She actually has a conversation with you. On a scale of 1-10 I give her a 15. :-) Overall awesome place!!

This is where to go. I am so serious and sincere when I say the staff and doctors here are amazing kind courteous and so friendly. They go beyond their scope of work to make sure that not only are you satisfied with your glasses and eye exam. But that you're comfortable while waiting. I'll never go anywhere else. Every single person I've encountered there deserves more than just a five star rating.

I love this location! Nicole & Valerie were so nice & patient with me & also very helpful. I love the fact that they have really good discount plans. I got eye glasses, contacts and free sunglasses for a very affordable price. Im glad to say this will be my new eye dr.

I have been going here for a long time now. I ordered contacts last year and I had to go in every month after that because my contacts kept ripping and at first I thought maybe im taking them out wrong or something but I have had the same brand contacts for over 10 years and ive been wearing contacts for 22 years. They didnt want to help me they said dont know what to tell you all we can do is have you pay for another eye exam and order new contacts. So I ended up going to a new place to get eyes checks and my eye site was different, the size of my eyes were different then what they said. Horrible place!
