The team at Visionworks on Catcus and Tatum was enjoyable from the time I arrived until I left. Exam was thoughtful and explained what my eye looked like and needed. Best exam in decades. The team in the front was equally focused on fitting my contacts, ordering glasses and at a price I could afford. Great people, great service, and close to home. Highly recommend this location and team.

Rating, mixed experience From an eye exam standpoint, this place is world class. The technology is advanced, and the exam itself was thorough, efficient, and conducted with a high level of professionalism. However, the customer service experience, particularly when selecting and receiving my new frames, felt off. The interaction lacked the level of care and attention I would expect. When I received my glasses, they were not cleaned, and they were handed to me with fingers directly on the lenses. It was a small moment, but it made a big impression. Overall, excellent clinical care, but the final customer interaction left me with a less than polished experience.

I went here again after many years and I will definitely go back. The people there are fantastic. They didn’t pressure me into buying anything. They worked with my insurance coverage. They were fast at getting me through the process. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Plus they have a great selection of frames.

This Visionworks is an absolute great place to support your vision needs. All the staff are amazing and have positive attitudes. Priceless in this day and age. Thank you very much
