The customer service was excellent. I had many questions and felt like all the staff wanted to help me. My exam started on time and the doctor took extra care making sure my prescription was correct. The salesman helped me find the perfect frames and spent time making sure I was comfortable with my lens choices. Great experience.
Greeted immediately even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Gave me time to pick my frames out. Doctor was really cool and helpful. Very friendly people all around. The woman with short hair that helped me today was great, and beautiful too! So thanks - now I have a new pair of glasses ordered and a crush 😊
the staff are polite but cant follow through with customers. had troubling seeing with my glasses after i picked them up. i returned to the store after my contacts came in. i had trouble seeing with both. after telling staff they made an apt to come in for 2nd doc apt. when contacts came in they still werent correct. i returned to store again and the lady at desk said she would contact another location and make apt and then get back to me. that was nearly 3mos.500 bucks up in smoke
The staff was welcoming from the moment from the moment, I walked through the doors. It's a comforting feeling when you walk in and people are smiling, and the staff have smiles on their faces as they welcome you. That hasn't happened at my previous store. The technician and the doctor were both thorough in their roles as I walked through the process. The doctor was extremely personable and charming and funny. He was thorough in his explanation of what was going to happen and what my needs were. The young lady who helped me with my glasses was just as kind and helpful. The best part is all of this was done in under an hour. Now! I am excitedly looking forward to my improved vision with stylish glasses I chose!
Huge thank you to the doctors and staff at Visionworks! I came in with an emergency eye injury first thing this morning, and they managed to get me in within a half-hour despite being busy. Everyone was so kind and professional, and I felt so much better by the time I walked out the door. My family and kids have been coming here for a long time, and they always treat us right. We’ll definitely be back for all our future eye care. You guys are amazing!
