Visionworks

All around a wonderful experience that occurred on April 16, 2026. I had fun during my appointment which isn’t a typical word I’d use to describe an eye exam. The doctor is amazing and knowledgeable. The tech who did my initial tests was so sweet and she has a reassuring smile. And the staff up front were personable and good natured. No complaints.

I have called 4 times today, no one will answer the phone. My call was auto-redirected to corprate since no one will pick up the phone after 10 minutes. Waited another ten minutes on the phone with corporate guy only for him to say "I don't know. I tried to call the store and no one answered". He could not answer my simple question either. The stupid autobot that answers the phone intially also gave me bad information.

Huge thanks to Dr. Sodhi, Paul, Isaac and the gang! This is my third attempt at glasses and they knocked it out of the park. The whole experience was pleasant. Thank you!!

I had my glasses made at Visionworks in Roseville. My first doctor's prescription (who doesn't work at Visionworks) was absolutely wrong. Had my prescription revised with a different doctor. Fortunately, Visionworks has a 100-day guarantee. I spoke with Paul Nunez and had the glasses remade with no issues whatsoever! Also, Paul helped me and my wife on a previous visit and was very friendly, patient and helpful in selecting new glasses and the technical details of the options. Paul is a credit to the store and an expert at his craft!
