I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to because of Minuet. My first visit to this store wasn’t the best experience, and while my second visit was better, it still didn’t stand out. However, my third visit completely changed my impression of the store, and that was all because of Minuet. From the moment we walked in, Minuet greeted both me and my daughter with such genuine warmth and kindness. We felt welcomed right away, which was something I hadn’t experienced during my previous visits. Minuet took the time to make us feel valued, and her positive attitude, professionalism, and exceptional customer service truly made a lasting impression. Thank you, Minuet, for turning my experience around. Your kindness and welcoming personality made all the difference, and you are the reason I wanted to leave this review. Employees like Minuet are what keep customers coming back. I truly appreciate everything you did!

The lady's at the desk communicated well about a delay due to some technical issues as soon as I arrived. When interacting with an upset customer the manager did a great job of staying professional, calm, and direct while communicating options even while the guy was interrupting her, arguing, and raising his voice. I was really impressed with the handling of the situation and her commitment to her coworkers and other customers safety. All the staff were kind and professional even with that drama going on. Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish with my appointment.

Due to my scheduling restraints, I opted to walk in without an appointment in case there was some availability. Lubna was fantastic, finding a way to squeeze me in around the appointments that they already had. The exam was thorough, and the doctor explained the results to me and informed me of things I should keep an eye out for. Once the exam was done, Lubna assisted me with getting my order placed, doing her absolute darndest to help me get out by the time that I needed to leave, all without missing a beat. Everything was just smooth the entire way through, 10/10 experience.

What a hassle going to this store. Lubna is obviously a pathological liar. She obviously cares less about the fact that they lost my glasses that I turned in for a warranty and then told me they couldn't charge me for my eye exam because I had a $400 credit and they had to have that removed so I had to go back and pay and now she's telling me that I need to buy another pair of glasses when they lost the glasses. I turned in for my warranty and they also tried to tell me that I never came into the store to do that... like I'm some kind of lunatic . Thanks a lot. They didn't offer any solution to help me solve my problem or nothing. All they wanted to do is get me to spend more money. Their communication skills are terrible.

This is my second time going to this location. I love them so much. They are super personable, helped me get honest opinions on what glasses look good on me, and they remembered my name when I came in when I picked my glasses up. I was a super fan of their updated technology for their astigmatism scans because no doctor told me I had an astigmatism before until they used their machines on me, and they previously taught me how to use contacts and were very supportive about it. Definitely work visiting.
