I have been in glasses/contacts almost 20 years, and I have lived in many different places, which means I have experienced many different eye doctors. This is, by far, the best eye care provider I have ever been to! Customer service is top-notch, and all employees go out of their way to make sure all aspects of the visit are crystal clear to their patients. They took the time to go over my insurance benefits in a way that was easy to understand, so that before any of the exam even started I had an idea of what costs to expect. They were kind and very personable. They were very helpful in picking out frames and helping me with different options. What I loved the most is how both the doctor and the technician explained all tests and exams as they were doing them, so I knew exactly what was being done and why. I was an active part of the exam, and not just a patient passively sitting there, wondering what they were doing and what results they were finding. HIGHLY recommend!! If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars!

Dr. Sally Wu at Visionworks on South Colorado Blvd is absolutely exceptional. From the moment you meet her, you can feel her warmth and genuity. But, what really sets her apart is her enthusiasm and attentiveness. She doesn’t rush—she listens, asks thoughtful questions, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s both clear and even fascinating. She walked us through my college son’s eye exam process / retinal ultrasound in such an engaging and informative way, you leave not only feeling cared for, but also educated. Her knowledge is incredibly impressive, but it’s her uplifting energy that makes the experience! Ella who did the initial exams was also excellent - cheerful and friendly! As was Rali and Neil upon checkout. The store is spotless, spacious, and brightly lit with ample parking. You walk out feeling better than when you walked in—awesome ☘️🥰 Dr. Wu was such a pleasant surprise / so happy we met her. I booked mine and my husband’s routine appts on the way out. Highly, highly recommend Vision Works - 1350 S. Colorado Blvd! I even wrote this review within an hour of being there. That’s how impressed I am. I had a great experience with every person at the S Colorado Blvd location! From the time I entered to the time I left, everyone appreciated my time so I had an efficient exam and consultation without feeling rushed. All my concerns were addressed! Also, scheduling online was a breeze.

All the employees were on top of things. from the moment I entered the store. I was promptly greeted and assisted. Although there were other customers, everyone was being attended to. My exam was great the doctor took all the time I needed to explain things and answer my questions satisfactorily. My current glasses were adjusted and cleaned. My new glasses were sized. All my insurance benefits were clearly explained. I m so grateful for Visionworks' helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. This is my 2nd time getting glasses at this location and everytime is a great experience! Thank you

This was my first time going to vision works due to not having eye insurance for the first time. It worked out for me due to it being right across from my job. The staff was very friendly, and professional and took time to listen to my story. I reserved an appointment in person, and filled my form online which was quick and easy to get done. They quoted me a price I was able to spend, and when I checked out it was $11 cheaper than the quote which made me happy. The exam itself was also quick and simple. I would 100% recommend this place to others looking for affordable eye care, and professional, friendly staff to encounter.
