I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chagani’s for a while now, and every single visit reinforces why I keep coming back. I always leave with a clear understanding of my eye health, not just a new prescription. Speaking of prescriptions — mine have been spot-on every time. My appointment starts close to on time, the exam is thorough without dragging, and I’m out the door feeling well taken care of — not like I just sat in a waiting room for an hour to get two minutes with a doctor. I had a great experience getting my eye exam here. The front desk staff were all very friendly, especially Alicia, who helped prepare me for the exam. She was kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She explained each step clearly and made sure I understood everything, ensuring I didn’t miss any important information. Dr. Kim conducted my eye exam, and he was excellent. Although he is new to this location, he made a wonderful impression. He worked efficiently without making me feel rushed and consistently checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. His explanations were thorough, easy to understand, and very informative. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care.

The young lady that welcomed us in was very attentive. The other young lady that started out eye exams was very clear with instructions & nice about the helping us with the process. The doctor was very detailed and informative with the eye exams. The doctor was so helpful & caring. Jessica was so personable and understanding and took the time to explain everything to my partner and I how the plans worked. Overall, great job at this location. I will be recommending family and friends to this location. Thank you all for your help!

After receiving mediocre to unhelpful service at eye care places across the duluth/buford area, this location was AMAZING! From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly and efficiently! The appointment went smooth, fast and efficiently and each person was able to answer my questions! From the reception staff to the doctor to the retail/sales staff, everyone was helpful and gave me all the information I needed! I'll surely be back for glasses and will be back at this location 100%!

My appointment was on New Year’s Eve at 8:45 AM and I was attended to as soon as I walked in and only had to wait a few minutes before the exam started. The optometrist was pleasant and professional and so was the staff, especially Alexa who was amazing. Definitely had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone.
