Wonderful clinic and staff. I had a flat tire on my way there and was late by 15 minutes, and they still took me in. The entire staff and doctor were very professional and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't rush me at all, and the doctor gave me appropriate patient education and verbalized everything he was doing, which I rarely see nowadays. This was very important to me as I am a medical provider myself, so I tend to tell notice if I'm being listened to and cared for. A+ experience and I would return for any of my eye needs. I would say their frames selection is a little limited, but I still was able to pick the frame I liked.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was delightful due to the great attitude toward the customer's attention. Waiting time was as expected and the entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Visionworks to everyone who is looking for eye care doctors. Ohhh...the prices were very affordable.

I just experienced horrible customer service at this location. I had an appointment previously but did not get to choose and order frames. I just returned to look at frames after work and arrived to the store an hour before they are supposed to close. From the moment I walked in the woman at the front desk gave me a dirty look. When I explained I wanted to look at and order frames she told me “well I’m the last person here today that’s selling glasses and this is my last customer so you can look at them but” I just got the info I needed to buy my own online and now you’ve lost my business. I understand that shifts end, but it was the rudeness for me, like she couldn’t even be bothered to help me at all or look me in my face. Used to love this location but probably won’t be returning when it has been such a hassle to get my new glasses this time around.

I’m amazed of the excellent service I got today from Talia, @cumberland mall. She sits at very front entrance. She takes care , so very professional, of walk-ins, answers phone, measures frame on me and gives out receipt, aside from looking into details of what is covered by insurance!! She was taking care of 3 clients at same time and everybody was amazed and grateful!! Congrats vision works in this location for having Talia on your staff👏👏👏

Had a great experience here yesterday. Kayla made choosing frames really easy! She seemed to have a lot of experience and had really helpful observations about how different frames fit and affected my overall look. Her guidance made the process much easier and helped me choose a pair of frames I felt really happy with. Thank you!
