⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to this Visionworks location at Fayette Pavilion for almost 4 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I’ve never had any issues, and every visit has been smooth and stress-free. Qunicia has been especially helpful over the years. She’s always taken the time to answer my questions, help me find what I need, and make sure I have a great experience every time I come in. It’s hard to find consistent customer service these days, but this team does an excellent job. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service.

I've never worn eyeglasses before and after having my eye exam at the fayetteville location I feel like I'm going to be just fine. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They have great customer service here.

Greeted as soon as I walked in and check in was great. Pre service was done with great care (retina exam etc). Dr. Braxton took great care and was very thorough. The service to select glasses get measurements and add on's was done with great care was in great hands she was very knowledgeable (Lynette Wadley). I had a great experience.

I love Visionworks Fayetteville. I went in today because my 12 yo daughter broke her glasses and bent them at the screw part where they broke. I tried to fix them to no avail, she has only had them for 3 months. I went into this location same place we had our vision exams and ordered the frames. Mikayla was at the desk and I explained the scenario and she said without a doubt, "I can fix this." It took awhile and she enlisted the help of Ms. Lynn who all in all bent the frame, removed the bent and broke in screw, replaced the screw and added the arm back to the glasses. Mikayla is a God-send and I'm so appreciative. I asked her if I could take a picture of her with all her materials she used to fix them and she said sure. Awesome customer service, great conversation, and for once real people. Thank you Mikayla and Visionworks Fayetteville for the EXCELLENT service you provided to me today! I am trying to add the photo, I don't know if it will let me 😩

The Staff is always friendly and the Supervisor Qunicia always makes sure my insurance is covered. Dr. Donald Braxton is awesome he help me pick out the right frames that fit my face and my personality. Thank You yall for your support
