I made an appointment for my mother and when my mother arrived, they said they could not take her because they did not have insurance information. I had called with the insurance information the day before. The insurance company was on the phone saying they covered, but this staff person refused to do anything. The staff person refused treatment. What a waste of time. My mother has been going here for years with the same insurance and there has been no issues. We will not return here again and urge others to think twice. Terrible customer service.

Amber saved my life, after calling twice and having two different people tell me they couldn’t find my glasses for pick up after a family emergency that made me move for a year I finally went in person today and she found my glasses in 2 seconds! Amazing! 10/10 that’s all it takes is some hard work and good customer service!

Visionworks in Chicago on South Canal Rocks! They were even willing to make my lenses a 2nd time just to improve the Progressive "window" to better suit my eyes. And . . . the lovely supervisor LaTanya was so gracious to spend a big chunk of time to change the eyeglass temples and didn't charge me . . . in fact she politely refused a tip. Thank you!

My original location on Elston was relocated to Canal for renovation so I was bummed out about that however, Jasmine made this experience so much easier and she was helpful and thoughtful. The Doctor was great and made everything easy for me to understand. Overall I ended up enjoying the experience however, if you could get your glasses within that time I would early give 5 stars to Vision works. Also maybe some more variety in designer brands would be nice, perhaps now just asking for to much😊.

Visionworks is an amazing place to get glasses and eye exams. They are friendly , care about your needs and they have an absolutely wonderful atmosphere . I highly recommend them as an option for eyewear. Visit them soon as you can.
