I want to echo those others that have praised Darshana Patel their Optical Supervisor. She sincerely has customer satisfaction has her goal with everyone who comes into the store. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She mentioned Visionworks corporate culture of customer service as one of her main reasons for staying with the company. Upper management recognizes here contributions and appreciates her. My wife has a difficult prescription to manufacture and the end product, was delivered on time and done correctly at a fair price.

I love this store & used for years but even when your out of network they were so helpful with a great variety & repurchasing of my favorite frames. 2 years later I go to them to fix a small screw in frame - still super helpful!! Shout out to Gaylord & lovely Jasmine for helping me & with a smile & free of charge! Come on EyeMed add Visionworks back in your network!

I had a great experience here. I stopped in to get my nose pads replaced, and the manager, Gaylord, took care of it quickly. He was extremely attentive and professional the entire time. On top of that, he walked me through the full process for getting an eye exam, which I really appreciated. We also had a genuinely nice conversation that made the visit feel more personal and welcoming. It’s clear they care about their customers beyond just the service. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to.

It had been nearly 20 years since my last eye exam, so I was understandably a bit unsure going in—but they made the entire process feel comfortable and seamless. After my exam, it turned out I needed glasses, and the team walked me through everything step by step—from explaining my insurance to helping me choose frames that fit my face and style. I truly appreciated how thorough and supportive they were. Gaylord even went the extra mile by adjusting a couple of my sunglasses, which was a great added touch and really showed their commitment to customer care. They turned what could have been an intimidating experience into a smooth and positive one. I highly recommend Visionworks at Town & Country Center for anyone looking for exceptional service and care for their vision needs.

I have used this location for both my and my brother's eyewear for years. They have always been terrific. Today, the General Manager, Gaylord, was a "miracle worker." I brought in a pair of glasses we purchased over a year ago, but there was a crack in the stem. He searched their stock for a frame that could accommodate the prescription lenses from the damaged frame. He kept looking and finally found a frame, then quickly transferred the prescription lenses into it. It worked beautifully. The best part was that they were less expensive frames, and I still got a 25% discount. THANK YOU, GAYLORD and VISIONWORKS. Bravo!
