I’m giving a shoutout to Katie Graves! I was with my son for his appointment last week then went in this week for my appointment. I’ve been an RN for 26 years, and I pay close attention to detail. Katie is very personable. I observed her consistently giving her full attention to every customer she helped. She carefully explains everything and thoroughly answers all of your questions. She’s very patient with each person she encounters. You can tell that she truly cares about people and doesn’t mind going the extra mile; she noticed that the screws were loose on my son’s glasses and she tightened them! She single-handedly is the reason why I’ll definitely return to this Visionworks location, as both appointments were a great experience!

I’ve been a customer here for several years, and for the last three years, Katie has helped me with both my eye exams and picking out my glasses. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. I’m hard on my glasses, and she always makes sure I’m protected by recommending the right warranty and options so I never have to worry. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly looks out for her customers. She makes the whole process easy and stress-free. I always leave confident in my choices thanks to her excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Made an appointment for this location for a contact fitting and never was told they only do them at certain times, anyway arrive day my app and Denise was extremely rude, felt like we inconvenienced her by showing up and wants to reschedule immediately not even trying to help she seemed so bothered and it’s not the first time she’s behaved this way In the last visit I thought she’s probably having a bad day but I guess that’s just her attitude. When trying to reschedule Laura stepped in (manager) and she offered to help she was great help didn’t have to reschedule due to her helping us right then and there. Thank you Laura you turned our experience way better, although as a manager myself I’d never allow my employees to treat someone in that manner. I am grateful that you stepped in. I appreciate you for that.
First why are eye places behind the times? Kindergartners need an eye exam, u don’t have a slide show u can do show to do the job? The most impatient female doc I’ve encountered didn’t want to take the time or even try. Unlike americas best. We fill out things when making an appointment knw ur clientele if u can’t do it then communicate before we’re there. And again why are eye places not with the times? Then a basic eye exam was upcharged because things are not explained. People taking advantage of people in an industry that’s there to help. Shameful.
Worst customer service I’ve had in any doctors office. I was scammed into paying an extra fee for an exam that was not even part of the routine eye exam. I was never told that it was optional until I went to pay, for which they had already charged me. When I questioned this charge to the receptionist she said “that’s what you signed for back there” I explained to her that i was never told that it’s “optional” , there were 2 other girls standing in the front and they all just stared at me and said nothing. NOT ONE tried to help or apologized, they just stared back at me. Never coming back here.
