I had a great experience with the Provider, who is lighthearted and creates a relaxed setting. The staff was also welcoming. While I would recommend this Provider without hesitation, contacting VW is another issue. I have tried calling for over an hour to obtain my Rx. I registered an account and thought it would pull in my recent visit, but nothing. I searched the many follow-up emails I received and see no Rx in any of these emails. The AI assistant cannot help with this and the message stated I was calling after hours. They open at 9am and I have been calling since then. When I tried to call the 800 number, apparently, I am still calling "after hours". I was trying to place an order for contacts but I can just buy at Costco.

I’ve been coming here for years. There are usually appointment times that are decent for a working person’s schedule, which is always nice. I stopped by today to get a pair fixed after they’d been bent out of shape, and Emmanuel was very friendly as he carefully got them back in working order!

No way to call this store without being looped around by AI agents, typical decision making when it comes to new tech. Just wanted a copy of my prescription. If it’s not your insurance provided place I would avoid.

Have had glasses issues a couple of times over the past weeks, and Visionworks has repaired my glasses in a very professional, efficient and kind manner. They also have a great selection of frames suited for every shapes of faces.

Tyrese had a great attitude and Dave was extremely helpful in my experience for getting my fit! We both picked the right frame for my face! The eye doctor forgot her name was very attentive to my needs and polite. Definitely would come back, especially for this red rimmed frame! The whole crew made the transition smooth and welcoming.
