I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Julie at Visionworks in the Harford Mall absolutely deserves the recognition. Buying glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Julie made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She took the time to understand what my husband was looking for and offered honest feedback without being pushy. What stood out most was her patience and attention to detail. She treated us like valued customers rather than just another sale, and she made sure we understood our insurance benefits and all of our options. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness so effortlessly. If you’re visiting Visionworks in Bel Air, ask for Julie—you’ll be glad you did!

First eye exam in decades and was not seeing clearly. Appointment was easy to schedule and service was prompt. All the doctors and assistants were personable, thorough, and informative. I felt that I got what I needed and have been reassured to let them know if there are any issues. Overall great experience!

Had my eye appointment at vision works in Bel,Air . It was easy to make the appointment everyone in the office was polite very friendly. Exam was informative . Answered all my questions and fixed my glasses. They took the time to figure out least expensive way for me to get new glasses.

My first experience was amazing and everyone was so helpful and understanding. The Dr took the time to explain and allowed me to ask questions to get a better view of my eyes n their health.
