Scheduling appointments for this place does not seem to be something that is fully honored . I can understand me being late by five minutes and you canceling my appointment, regardless I should not have been late. but then you reschedule me and then tell me that my appointment is unconfirmed so someone else was able to take it makes no sense. This staff is young and I don’t think they know how to explain things very well. Vision Work is still good. Just go to one of the other locations.

Never again. I was desperate after the last place because they messed up my prescription horribly. So, as a 68 year old blind woman I drove way out of my way to get scammed. $275 to change/fix my lenses. No eye exam, no accepting a coupon for a better price. No new frames. Never again and I'm shouting from the rooftop about how they screwed this senior. Never again.

My girlfriend and I have had mixed costumer service experiences here but the glasses and contacts we've received have worked great. I stopped in today for a minor adjustment to my glasses and it was very busy. Bianca was very helpful and managed to work with everyone while still giving me the care I needed. Very happy with my experience today.

My experience with Visionworks was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Upon arrival, the ladies at the desk were very professional, personable and friendly. They took my insurance information, verified my benefits and I waited to see the doctor. My wait was less than 15 minutes. The doctor was professional and took a personal interest in my care and my service to the our country. I appreciated our conversation. Afterwards, picking out my new glasses 🤓 was quick, and easy. The young lady fitted me and I checked out. Easy peezy! Overall, wonderful experience!

I’ve had a complex relationship with the store. People are very helpful when you ready to purchase glasses but I didn’t receive help in picking out a pair of glasses. Better customer assistance would be helpful. I generally feel like I’m on my own in that store. I also hope they can diversify their inventory.
