The lady was nice at the desk but she didn’t mention anything about payment for the contact exam until AFTER my daughter stated her interest in it and agreed. That’s giving money hungry and I didn’t like that at all. Let us know what to expect up front and be a company of integrity. The gentleman there is always good with my children. We really like him.

I will skeptical at first because it was a small storefront eye clinic, But in actuality, the customer service well deserved and was treated respectfully. I was very impressed with the knowledge of eye care that Riley showed me. She knows her stuff which was very impressive, and she took an interest and into my disposition of my eyes. And she gave me solid advice and council. Therefore, I would recommend this place to any of my family, friends and coworkers.

This review is specifically for Dr.Houjaij and the eye exam I had during my first visit to Visionworks. Scheduling an appointment on a Sunday was incredibly convenient. I can confidently say it was the longest and best eye exam I’ve ever had. I needed an urgent checkup due to some issues the past week, and with the festive season, finding an appointment elsewhere was impossible. While I was only expecting a basic exam, her detailed examination and thoughtful explanation eased my concerns and made me feel reassured and cared for. Dr took the time to examine my eyes in detail and patiently explained everything step by step. She kept working diligently with the test lenses and charts until my vision was much clearer. Her professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for top-notch care! Additionally, Visionworks carries a wide variety of frames, making it easy to find something for everyone. It’s conveniently located in Canton Corners shopping center. Parking is available but can be limited during peak hours, so plan for extra time to park. Update : Updating my review to add an extra star! During my last visit, I ordered reading glasses, which were initially scheduled to be ready by the 6th. To my surprise, I received a message on the 1st that my order was ready. I went in, tried on the glasses, and picked them up—all in under fifteen minutes. The entire process was seamless, and I absolutely loved their efficient and professional service. Visionworks exceeded my expectations!

We booked a vision test for our toddler here and we were late for the appointment by 10 mins, we called them and let them know that we are running late, they said they would honour the appoinment as long as we’re just 5-10 mins late. As soon as we entered, we apologized for the delay, they did take us in but were so rude throughout. It was the first time my kid was getting an eye test so he was a little fidgetty, the lady doing his pre-test was super impatient and was very rude to him. Asked him if he knows to talk, kept rolling her eyes and she was getting irritated because he was blinking and moving his eye too much. I understand that they were being hasty because we were late and they might have had other patients coming in, but that wasn’t really nice way to treat a little kid. He was intimidated and was hesitant to speak later during his eye examination with the doctor. It would have been better if they had just canceled our appointment for our tardiness rather than being so unfriendly. It was nice of them to accommodate us, but we didnt have a good experience and I would not recommend this place for kids!

Extremely impressed with the customer service! Each and every staff member answered all my questions with a smile. They even helped me choose the best product based on my insurance. They were looking out for my son and I. This was my first time at Visionworks and look forward to returning!
