The eye doctor was excellent, but the front line manager that assisted my husband and myself did not have good communication skills, she asked if we needed photos taken of our eyes, we stated yes, because we are thinking well that's apart of the eye exam, for the doctor to see if anything is going on, she had us to mark that box(yes), and sign, after completing the whole exam form, it was time to make a payment, we also have insurance (vsp), I wear glasses and contacts, but I also stayed which ever is cheapest, but I really like wearing my contacts, my husband is only getting glasses, the worker stated for the both of us, we had to pay $120, we were so confused, because originally we were told over the phone and in person, the exam payment will be $25 for sure for my husband but maybe a little more for me, but we both had the same exam done, the doctor even stated I could use my insurance for my contacts instead of glasses, I explained that to the worker assisting us, she never talked on it, we asked her why was our eye exam payment more than what she stated earlier, she said because of the photos we agreed to have done, we told her we thought that was apart of our exam, and signing paperwork, because she NEVER stated anything about an extra fee, she kinda got an attitude and said "yes I did explain that to yall", we stated No you did NOT. She couldn't even explain to us the pricing for the glasses, she didn't even show us any glasses that our insurance would cover, NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. After leaving we called the main number (1-800), and complained about what had happened (because we were not planning on spending more than what we were told), the person I spoke with over the phone stated, he was going to have the general manager over that store to contact us, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US YET. This location is at Lee's Summit location.

Optometrist was excellent in caring for my elderly mother. He went over everyone of her concerns and took time to make her feel comfortable and heard. Staff went out of their way to help her pick glasses she liked and that were comfortable. Great place to get vision needs taken care off!

When we arrived, everyone was very professional. They were already prepared with our information from start to finish. They were knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage and explained everything in detail. I am easily overwhelmed however, this was the most pleasant, stress-free appointment I've ever experienced. They were great and the doctor was very friendly and personable. Danae' was our Customer Care advocate and she was phenomenal, check her out!

Wonderful staff!!! They are very efficient, communicative and have a good energy in the building. I love how sweet and genuine they are!!! More specifically the lovely lady at the front desk, Brandi Taylor!!! She was very welcoming and reassuring. Finally no anxiety!!! Thank you so much

The store employees, Yahaida, Kayla, and Becca were all super kind and helpful! The process was easy and quick.
