My eye exam was a breeze thanks to the staff who was patient with me and the amazing doctor! I can tell she loves what she does in helping her patients. I felt so welcomed and it was a lot of fun trying on different glasses to find the right fit. The lady helping me with the cost breakdown was very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the details. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold to” or like I was just another customer. It was a wonderful experience from the minute I checked in! Thanks to everyone at this location!

WOW!! Was I impressed. The staff was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Store was professional and informative. Found my new eye clinic! A perfect fit and would highly recommend this location which is great and convenient. Thanks again Emma and Jessica for being so patient with me. Will see you when my glasses come in! Can’t wait.

The ladies at Visionworks were extremely helpful and informative. They took their time with me and were very patient with my indecisive way. Emma was so welcoming as soon as I walk in the door. Lindsay was so helpful by informing me of the promotions and prices of things and Jessica was so helpful with picking out glasses that looks nice for my face size and I just love the glassss she picked for me. These ladies are the definition of five star customer service.

Hi there, I usually don't do reviews, however I had a such a positive experience with Visionworks in Creve Ceour, and their floor girl Jessica McDaniel, I wanted to share. From the moment I walked through the door my presense was acknowledged by a young lady helping another customer. She politely smiled and greeted me. She told me to take a look at their selection, she would be right over to answer any questions in hopes to point me in the right direction. I have never owned a pair of glasses, so this process was very new to. Jessica McDaniel never made me feel silly with the amount of questions I asked. She was very knowledgable and friendly. Even though I didn't buy any glasses that day (not completely convinced I need them just yet) I will definitely be back to purchase from Jessica. She took the time to listen to my needs, wasn't a pushy lady and she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED COMING IN AND I'M SO GLAD I DID! My mother and I had an appointment this morning, and we are so glad we chose this location. We have never been to a Visionworks before, but I was venturing out to different businesses and Visionworks had the best deal for us because we don't have eye insurance. All the employees, Lisa, Jake, and Janel were AMAZING, KNOWLEDGABLE, and were just the absolute BEST!! Dr. Michael Katich just topped our visited off. He's the best eye doctor we have ever been to! He was also KNOWLEDGABLE, KIND, and SUPER PATIENT. As for my mom, she's always scared to go to the doctor because she doesn't speak fluent English, but he took his time with her exam. And he was also very encouraging during my exam, as well as my contacts fitting. I think if it wasn't for him, I would've quit and said "forget the contacts". LOL! We will always come back to this location. Visionworks has our business!
