We've been coming here for years, and there's a reason we keep making the trip. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is right. What has always impressed me is how consistent they are. The service today is just as good as it was years ago. You don't see that very often anymore. It's over an hour drive each way for our family, and there are plenty of places that would be more convenient. But we've never felt the need to look elsewhere. We know we'll be treated well, we'll get honest help, and we'll leave satisfied every time. There simply isn't another place we'd rather go for our eye care and glasses. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I visited your location on 8/19, the representative didn't acknowledge my presence while working with another client. However, when a white customer came in, she immediately acknowledged her and advised she will be with her in a minute. After that interaction and prolong wait, I left. On 8/21 I returned because I really wanted the frames I picked out the prior day. I walked in, the same lady from previous day was there, although she did acknowledge me entering the store, she never offered her services, she just stayed seated and she was not with a customer. I proceeded to look for the frames I saw the prior day. After several moments of looking, the representative never got up out of her seat to assist. However, the other representative that was there, I don't recall her name. She was outstanding, patience, supportive, picked out additional frames for me to try and sat patiently with me while I failed to decide which frame. She is what customer service looks like and offered her services without me having to ask. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because of the representative that assisted me otherwise, I would give this location 2 stars because they are terrible

My grievance is specifically with the adjacent optometrist next door. This was my first time getting contacts and my experience was very subpar. My appointment took much longer than I have typically experience but since it was my first time I initially wrote that off. They sent me home with trials but my vision was consistently blurry. I then had to return to the clinic to be reexamined and have my prescription corrected. I was then sent home with several trials to try on for the next week. I called and left several voicemails about which ones I wanted but never got a call back. I had to take off more time from work to go in person to get a response. There was a severe lack of communication and I have only just not gotten my contacts after being seen originally on Nov 01.

Johnette is FABULOUS. My husband and I both had eye exams and needed new glasses. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Our glasses were ready sooner than we expected and Johnette was there again to make sure everything fit correctly. We highly recommend this location and their team!

Doctor was awesome, spend time on you too make sure you get what you need. Laura at front are always friendly an professional. The ladies that help with picking the glasses are awesome to. My glasses are broke is why I had to get new ones, she fixed them till my new ones get in. Great job
