The staff were kind and welcoming. Everyone from Terese at the front desk to Dr. Seagull who made me feel comfortable during my eye test's and took the time to do a very thorough exam. Upon check-out, the additional staff member was friendly and shared all my options for purchasing contacts and glasses. Overall, the whole process went smoothly and efficiently. I most definitely will use that particular Vision Works location in Nashua, NH moving forward. They were outstanding.

My wife and I stopped in today in search of new glasses for her. I have been to this location before and was greeted as soon as I came through the door. This particular day when we entered the store no other customers were in the store a gentleman was sitting behind the desk he did not speak until my wife spoke first. A couple came in a few minutes after us and a woman came in from the back and ask how she could help them. She did not acknowledge us at all. We continued to look for frames while she finished up with them. The couple left and neither the man or woman offered help. My wife and I both noticed it has been 15-20 minutes and no one offered to help or spoke to us. We decided to leave. Before we left i asked the woman behind the desk is there a reason why we have been in the store for 15-20 minutes and no one offered to help or greet us. She said oh I am sorry I thought my co-worker already helped you. Still at that point she did not ask what we needed just i am sorry about that. We left and it is safe to say we will not be back. I still have faith customer service is not dead I hope you address this incident for future customers.

Best eyeglass store we’ve ever used within our Davis Vision Insurance. Service and selection is great. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. Special shoutout to Don, a personal favorite for us.

Last year me and my wife were in need of new glasses. I ended up getting mine from this Visionworks and my wife from Target on Lowell. My glasses started looking Scratched and blurry and looking bad after probably 6 months. So, imagine now after a year how they look. Honestly They are awful. My wife glasses with the same age are still clean and Cristal clear, on top of that hers were $100 cheaper. But it could be because her insurance maybe covers more. I have been wearing glasses for many years and I know how to take a good care of glasses. So I went to vision works again looking for a reasonable explanation about the issue and why not maybe to get a good deal for new ones to compensate the problem. But basically I got a just, we are sorry. After a good deal they game me last year I paid $450.00 for this glasses with Insurance. they were about 6 or 7 hundred. I don’t think I should be paying that amount every year. I will definitely not go back to this place and of course i won’t recommend it to anybody. I guess next time I will try Target.

Staff at front desk friendly and very welcoming. Don, optician, was friendly and very professional. Large selection of glasses. Don took time to answer questions and provided suggestions along the way. Overall enjoyable experience. High recommend them for your eye care.
