The workers are so friendly and helpful. I had my yearly exam at this appointment. Technicians did the initial exams and then I was seen by the doctor. She was very professional but friendly at the same time. I didn't need a different prescription this year and no one tried to coax me to get any new glasses.

I was greeted right off by a very nice gentleman. I was early for my appointment, my fault but was made to feel welcomed. I was a little Leary about having a teledoctor but the experience wasn’t bad at all. Things moved along quite well, I think I got a good day because I overheard a conversation how busy it could get in there, so I was happy that I scheduled on an easier paced day, although they were busy the whole time I was there. Over all I had no issues of concern at this appointment. We will see when I pick up my glasses if I get the same great treatment.
If I could give zero I would . Came in for an appointment that was cancelled due to them “thinking” I was not coming . Then I showed up and found out my appointment had been cancelled without my knowledge or permission. I then asked for this in writing and was told “ they can’t give that to me” which is due to that probably being an illegal policy . This is the second time I’ve been down here and had a bad experience …. This was the worse experience ever. Really it boils down to someone wanting my appointment and them basically giving it to them. The people at the front desk suck and it’s a very unwelcoming environment !!! If you have the opportunity to support anther eye place in town I would do that !!! Took off 3 hrs of work again due to there incompetence…. As someone who makes appointments everyday , it is not in policy to cancel patients appointments without their permission.
They are running a BOGO scam using not so clever sleight of hand and hoping people won’t pay attention. I was told if I buy one pair I’m generously given an automatic 40% off. But if I buy a pair and expect to get one for free, like their signage clearly advertises, that I have to pay a higher price. So buying one pair for 320$ is framed as being a savings of 215$ dollars or so because the “retail price” is actually 535$ for one pair of glasses… Do you see how it’s completely arbitrary? They likely already make a decent profit selling them for their fake 40% off price so when you pay the retail price for their fake BOGO offer you’re easily covering the actual cost of the second pair plus more overhead. They tried to explain it to me in corporate speak and even inferred I didn’t understand the math. It was obvious this member of the staff was taking my criticisms of the scam personally for some reason, as if she owned the store.
Horrible customer service. When you call you can't even talk to a real person. I asked if I could get my prescription. They said come to store . I drive over a half a hour each way and they were closed.I asked them to mail it. It took a long time to come. And was expired when I got it. I loss my glasses and can't work without them. I was gonna buy a new pair untill I got one with my insurance. They have done everything to NOT help me. I'm so done with this place. Horrible experience every time. Just unacceptable behavior.
