Optometrist was Outstanding! Not the usual quick "flip lenses in and out" like others do. Dr. Shah was pleasant, thorough and very professional. Fitting staff has been great as well. Always friendly and willing to help.

Carolyn helped my daughter pick out two fabulous pairs of glasses. She was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter loves her new eyes and they were very affordable. Price can't be beat. Thanks guys we will definitely be back!!

Extremely disappointed in this place. Walked in, scheduled appt. for following week and gave them my insurance information. Day of exam, they stated insurance has been verified. Great! No problem. Upon paying for exam (which felt a little short, but oh well, as long as prescription is correct, I'll let it slide, and I did decline the dilation part), strangely was charged what I thought was incorrect but wasn't that far off. It wasn't much and maybe I heard wrong when I personally called to verify my benefits with the insurance company, so I paid it. I picked frames, and sat down for the damages quote and the lady helping me out, struggled to get into her computer system and then couldn't find my benefits. She called insurance but still said they couldn't be verified. I questioned this and was basically told "so sorry about that" and then she just sat there not offering any further assistance. I went to parking lot, where I called insurance and easily confirmed benefits and realized that I had indeed overpaid. Walked back into store (where I was the only one) and waited to be helped while they all stood in a group carrying on a conversation. I questioned my overpayment where the manager simply responded "we have no control over what the doctor charges" and we can't tell if you are in network or not. WHAT? They had already told me ins. was verified...and now they basically said...yeah, it's confusing to us too so we bill like you are out of network. Umm right...Makes you comfortable, doesn't it? Was at a loss for words at this point...(other than my senseless ramblings out the door), because...No one offered any help. Their attitude was well...maybe you are in network, maybe not, but their concept was clear...WE DON'T CARE and don't expect any help from us because we are very confused also. Anyway, I left, immediately called my insurance who verified once again, I had coverage, WAS IN NETWORK, and that I indeed overpaid for my exam. Now here is the kicker...MY INS. company called this store and had to tell them that I overpaid. They (ins) also offered me to go elsewhere for a once a year exam with a new authorization code. WOW. I have never had an insurance company bend over backwards to ensure my satisfaction. Usually that is the store/office's area of expertise. I will add that once my insurance called them, the Dr. actually called my cell phone, and stated she voided the exam cost. (This wasn't necessary, as I just wanted to pay the proper amount, not more than I knew my co-pay was to be). Please, if you care about being billed properly by people who care about you...AVOID THIS PLACE. It was an incredible joke.
