Exam included all the basic expectations, everything was explained, all the staff were informative and very pleasant, including the doctor. Especially for it being a Monday morning, haha. I took all the time in the world picking out a pair of glasses without feeling rushed and I even asked the staff for a 2nd opinion before selecting the final choice. Very positive experience.

Super friendly and experienced team members. I love how they took care of my needs for new glasses again with a smile. But I must also praise their greatly appreciated efforts to adjust and repair and exchange nose pads and whatever needed to be done, to the old ones, Again, always with a smile and never with a charge. I feel I got places in the best most caring hands of eye care professionals with Visionworks Tanasbourne. They have earned my full trust.

If you have a prescription and need frames, this is a great option. Efficient and timely, they don’t hover but provide assistance if needed. Also, if you need an adjustment to your glasses, even if you didn’t buy them here, the do the adjustment and at no charge. This is really a great store.

VisionWorks are amazing, they have a wide selection of glasses. The staff is very professional and helpful. I've gotten my last two pair glasses from them and when I broke a pair on vacation, I was able to go to the Visionworks in Orlando, and they were able to fix my glasses there. And best part they always say it's going to say it takes 2 weeks to make the glasses and they are done way before the estimated done date.

Went in to obtain a new prescription. Everyone at this location was very friendly and quite helpful. Their professional and seemingly knowledgeable/ experienced team walked me through the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking glasses or contact lenses. You will be treated fairly and with respect.
