The experience, from the staff to the optometrist, was exemplary. I felt genuinely valued as both a client and an individual. The optometrist demonstrated exceptional patience and meticulous attention to detail throughout the examination, providing comprehensive explanations of the findings afterward. I appreciated the unhurried pace and the reassurance to take my time. This experience stands in stark contrast to a previous encounter approximately five years ago at a different location, where the optometrist exhibited rudeness, impatience, and condescension; this doctor, however, was entirely the opposite. Following the examination, a staff member provided outstanding assistance in locating suitable contact lenses. It is also noteworthy that my appointment was scheduled only two hours prior, and despite arriving 10 minutes late due to traffic, I was promptly reassured that my appointment remained valid. Overall, my experience at this location was overwhelmingly positive from the outset.

I was fortunate to be assisted by David. I am disabled and have difficulty getting around. David did everything to help me and make me comfortable including choosing and bringing frames to me and looking to find the best pricing. He was kind and fun and really knowledgeable about his craft. It was an overall great experience. Kudos to David.

Austin did a great job of setting me up with a exam and then giving me some good options as to what my choices are relative to Frame choices, including sunglasses I wasn’t sure what to do and it took me a month to make a decision. I went back yesterday and met with Crystal, who helped me make a decision that was in my best interest can’t stand enough about both Austin and Crystal. they both deserve a raise.

Had a wonderful experience today getting my son and husband new glasses. Very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable young man! Excellent customer service! We will be back !!! Thank You so much Austin!!!!

Couldn't properly verify my insurance, said it was terminated when they confirmed it just 2 weeks before. They knew it was a mistake, but they decided to make it my problem and provide no resolution. They were also backed up and behind by 45 minutes which was ridiculous. I went outside and called Sterling Optical, they were able to easily verify my insurance in less than 5 minutes over the phone. They were so much more pleasant too, so I scheduled an appointment with them instead. Went back inside Visionworks and told the guy I called another optometrist who was able to verify my insurance and he was stunned. Still made me wait while he triaged other people who came in behind me though! Don't know why I kept going to Visionworks. Seems like it is getting worse and the folks in the store aren't exactly happy. Won't be going back.
