My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location! Originally went in for my husband to get a new pair of glasses. He ended up getting 2 with great deals going on. Tori helped us and went above and beyond! She also assisted me in getting established at the eye doctor next door and then helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses for myself! Highly recommend!
My experience at Vision Works was wonderful, easy and quick. My sales associate was Tori and she is friendly, helpful, energetic and pays close attention to detail and customer concerns. Tori made my experience memorable. I am so happy with my new glasses now. I had to bring them back for adjustment and again Tori helped me & the experience was easy, smooth and effortless. I highly recommend this company above others I've used for my eye glass needs in the past. I am referring all my friends and family to this company. Thanks to Tori and the rest of the crew there i am a happy satisfied customer for life.
Very helpful and friendly staff especially Tori! She made my experience very smooth and anxiety-free. Lots of great frame options and Tori helped with all of it. My family and I are definitely coming back.
Highly recommend this Visionworks! 3rd year coming here for new glasses or replacement lenses. Customer service is 10 stars (out of 5)! Seriously, you will be treated like you matter and they will work with you to ensure your glasses are exactly what- you're LOOKING FOR!
I recently visited Visionworks after a long journey from Italy where I currently support the U.S. Department of the Air Force, and I must say the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked through the doors, Fernanda greeted me with a bright smile, kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Fernanda is extremely knowledgeable regarding his profession and took the time to thoroughly explain the different options available for my eyewear needs with patience and expertise. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude truly set her apart. It is clear that Fernanda takes tremendous pride in providing exceptional customer service and represents Visionworks at the highest level. She is truly a significant asset to the company. I highly recommend supporting this Visionworks location in Selma, Texas. If you visit, make sure to ask for Fernando — you will be in excellent hands!
